Participating schools can appoint two artists or teachers, delegated with the task of actively supporting the long-term development of the project in their schools, who will receive training from the Alanus University.
The training course is divided into four phases:
- In the first phase trainees take part and assist in the initial art project in their school, supported by the artists responsible.
- This is followed by a 2-week training module, which takes palce at the Alanus University, and is taught by tutors and trainers from the University itself and the two participating Institutes. This module is itself project-based. The didactic methodology is the focus of this part of the programme but it also includes many practical artistic exercises. This module also deals with fundamental aspects of the artistic process and its relvance in a socio-pedagogical context.
- In the next phase, the trainees are responsible for implementing their own artistic project in their school
Dieses Weiterbildungspaket wird (mit Ausnahme von Stufe 1) auch für weitere Künstler bzw. Lehrer aus europäischen Ländern geöffnet und soll als Dauerangebot der Hochschule weitergeführt werden.
Im Rahmen des Projekts wird an der Alanus Hochschule eine dauerhafte, europaweit zugängliche künstlerischen Weiterbildung eingerichtet für Lehrer bzw. für Künstler, die solche Übungen in der Schule realisieren wollen.
Die Weiterbildung wird wie das gesamte Projekt evaluiert. Die Verantwortung für Planung, Organisation und Durchführung der Weiterbildung liegt bei der Alanus-Hochschule.
